Sunny, Furnished 2-Bedroom Apartment (Aug 2025–Aug 2026) – Oak Hill/Pawtucket

Hi! I’m a Brown alumna currently living in the Oak Hill neighborhood of Pawtucket, just a 2-minute walk from Wildflour plaza (great restaurants, a hardware store and a yoga studio), a 2-minute walk to the bus stop that gets you to Brown’s campus in... 10 minutes, and an 8-minute walk to Lippitt Park and Blackstone Boulevard.

My family and I will be out of town and we’re looking for someone to enjoy our fully furnished, second-floor 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment while we’re away. The sublet runs from mid-August 2025 to mid-August 2026 (exact dates are flexible).

The apartment is family-friendly and well-suited for 2–4 people, making it a great option for a visiting scholar on sabbatical, a small family, or housemates looking for a quiet, comfortable space.

The apartment has newly replaced windows and gas heating and features a sunny living room, an eat-in kitchen, two bedrooms (one can be set up as an office if needed), a front yard with a garden bed (perfect for growing veggies!) and a private backyard with parking in a shared driveway. Free new washer and dryer in the basement.

This is a peaceful and welcoming location, ideal for someone looking for a quiet, well-connected neighborhood near Brown and Providence. Our lovely downstairs neighbor is a librarian at Brown.

If you’re interested or have any questions, please reach out and tell me a bit about yourself! I’d be happy to chat and set up a time for you to see the space.
