1 bedroom available with plenty of storage in family home in Wayland Square,(very safe) on bus line, 4-6 blocks to Brown University.The bedroom has a new queen size bed with linens (if needed), dresser, desk and hardwood floors. Small apartment... fridge and microwave in each room. The house has a new kitchen, two adults(retired) live in the house, ceiling fan, FREE laundry, parking available at Whole Foods, screened-in porch, patio and four friendly cats. The room is located in a 2 family home (11 rooms) which we live in as one family and lends itself to a lot of privacy. There's a hallway that leads to the bedroom and a door at the beginning of the hallway for added privacy.
The SECOND BEDROOM $725, which is RENTED and bit smaller with a full size bed, but with everything else that the larger bedroom offers.
The shared bath is located across from the bedroom. The house is very clean and our students are invited to celebrate holidays with us. Rent includes hot water, electricity, laundry, WiFi, heat, rental is for the one/two academic years. Fully furnished kitchen is available for cooking. We have rented to students for 15 years. Some join us for holidays or drinks on the porch in the warmer months. If needed bed linens/towels can be included.
