1 bedroom in 2BR apartment

Hello,

I am searching for a roommate in a two bedroom apartment on Camp Street (near Cypress). I have been living there since 2022 and am looking for someone to re-sign the lease with me in the coming weeks.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor, it... has a large dining/living room with a lot of light, kitchen, bathroom, an in-unit washer and dryer, porch, two bedrooms, and a third room which I currently use as my office (as such, I pay higher rent). The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood. It takes about 20 min to walk to Brown’s main campus and about 5 min to Whole Foods. – Here are a some photos of the place.

A few words about myself: I am a 4th year PhD student in Comparative Literature / Philosophy / MCM. I am in my 30es now. Before coming to Brown I lived in Berlin. In Providence I do a good amount of focussed work from home, but, naturally, I also need it as a place for taking a break from work. I think it is good to communicate needs and expectations in order to find a good spirit of cohabitation.

I am in Europe over the summer and return early September. If you are planning to arrive in Providence earlier, you could also use my room until my current roommate leaves.
